Pro-Active Service: A certified technician will  log, clean, inspect, fix, and certify your entrance once a year; parts and labour will be included in the price. For any unplanned visits within 3 months, parts will be included, but labour will cost extra.

Reactive Service: Customers can request service as needed; parts and labour will be billed at a discounted price if Acme has visited the premises before and logged all the information.
